Sandra Gobbel, MEd. ​​earned a B.S. from Baylor University and a Master's in Education in Psychometry from Mississippi College. She was employed by the Mississippi State Department of Education Learning Resource center for four years. Since 1994, she has provided contractual testing services for special education and gifted programs in various districts across Mississippi. She is a member of the national Association of Psychometrists and the Mississippi Association of Psychology in the Schools
